Should there be any errors in your order placement or if you wish to make any modifications, kindly send your request to products@doctordetailer.co.za within 24 hours of placing the order. In the event that your order has not been delivered within 7 days of placing it, please contact our team at products@doctordetailer.co.za.
Upon the shipment of your order, an automated email containing tracking information will be dispatched to you. We utilize our preferred courier service to expedite all orders, ensuring door-to-door delivery.
Should you encounter any missing products in your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team at products@doctordetailer.co.za for assistance in addressing the issue.
Kindly note that any missing item(s) should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
In the event of damaged items or packages, please get in touch with our Customer Service for assistance. It’s important to report any damaged item(s) within 7 days of delivery.
To facilitate the assessment of the damage, we may ask for proof, such as a picture of the box and the damaged item(s).
If a product experiences a fault, please notify us promptly via email or phone. We offer a warranty on both products and packaging for up to six months from the date of purchase. It’s important to note that consumable items, such as microfiber towels, wash mitts, brushes, and other items susceptible to wear and tear from regular use, are covered for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. In all instances, you must be prepared to provide proof of purchase in the form of an order ID, invoice, or confirmation email.
