Returns & Exchanges
At Doctor Detailer, we stand by the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to initiate a return for a replacement within 14 days from the order date. Please be aware that any claims beyond this timeframe won’t be considered.
It’s important to note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for sale items.
To initiate a return, please ensure you meet the following criteria:
Include clear photos of defects for returns or the item in its original packaging for exchanges. This serves as proof for refund/exchange processing.
The returns process may take up to 30 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs.

Here’s a brief overview of the return/exchange process:
Email us with photos, requesting a return or exchange.
Once approved, we’ll initiate a return order, covering the courier fees for both the return items and the dispatch of new items (including two courier charges).
You’ll receive an email with a payment link to settle the return order.
Sizing and specific details for your return/exchange will be discussed via email.
Upon payment, we’ll organize the collection of the items and dispatch the new items.
Additionally, please be aware that our returns policy strictly applies to items with manufacturing defects and doesn’t cover regular wear and tear or damage due to improper use or accidents.
